Human Resource Development
Education plays a fundamental role in the economic development strategy. Even more so, because if we wish to meet the labour demand of already launched and newly started investment projects locally and respond to the prospective trends arising in a quality manner, the improvement of all levels of education will become indispensable. | ||
The aim of the proposed development project is the creation of a flexible system to help plan career models and assist in job orientation; a system that lives up to the expectations of our modern age, is compatible with the new Vocational Training 4.0 model, and meets the labour market requirements by systemising the knowledge available within the urban area and the region and communicating the same bearing the information consumption habits of the target groups in mind. |

This project idea focuses on the creation of a training system independent of educational institutions. The graduates of the various levels of training programs will be able to register their completed programs in a shared registration system. This nation-wide pilot project is highly valued by the city. Its objective is to set up a wide-scale training registration system in cooperation with the University of Pannonia that will be based on blockchain technology and record all the forms of training programs including adult and dual training programs as well. Similarly to Industry 4.0, this development will allow for the integration of the training units with the social and economic processes serving them and being served by them in a vast and intelligent information system. |
