Zalaegerszeg Logistics Center and Container Terminal

The Municipality of Zalaegerszeg, in the framework of the TOP-6.1.1-16-ZL1-2017-00002 project – carries out infrastructural developments (gas, electricity connection, drinking water, sewage and stormwater drainage, road construction). The area of the project is located in the immediate vicinity of the private investment of the METRANS Container Terminal, outside the plot boundary.

Within the framework of the project will create another valuable industrial area (Zalaegerszeg Container Terminal and Logistics Center), where we can sell place for additional investors who are working in the logistics sector.

The implementation of the project is also important for the further economic development of the City of Zalaegerszeg. It is important because of the investor interests that are presumably generating beside the METRANS Container Terminal.

Within the framework of the project is planned to be established a 20 ha industrial area on the outskirts of Zalaegerszeg.
